CHO, Customer Happiness Officer @ North Carolina Spent three days with my amazing State Lead in the great state of North Carolina at the Connecting Communities of Education Stakeholders Conference (CCES)What a time! Amazing keynote speakers and committed and passionate educators problem solving and exploring technology based solutions to their current classroom concerns. My colleague and I spent our time joining sessions and shaking hands with committed educators! I love this aspect of my work. Connecting and building relationships really transforms the utility of our products and I'm happy to be apart of that impact.
Manager, School Partnerships @ Tessera an ACT affiliated companyAs the Manager of School Partnerships for Tessera, Alicia is responsible for ensuring that all Tessera users, from administrators to teachers and students have an awesome experience from the time they sign-up to join the Tessera family through administrations and the delivery of reports. Alicia also works very closely with the product development, marketing and sales teams in the Center for Innovative Assessments so that feedback from our users gets directly to the developers. She is their voice with the scientists and assessment experts. Prior to joining the ProExam team, Alicia worked in operations for an executive search firm and before that in a similar role at a not-for- profit research organization.In her spare time she is a community organizer and a local media maker where she is the associate producer of a local television show which caters to women of all ages empowering them to lead lives to their fullest and most fulfilling potential.
